I have about 30 resolutions, most of them already broken, but my goal to spend the first 15 minutes of my day reading interesting new blog posts is going strong.

So far I have learned a lot about the importance of drinking lemon water first thing in the morning, how to cook a whole chicken in a crockpot, and how my home office is lacking some essential items.

I have also read lots and lots of excellent blog posts about human resources and social recruiting that I am (slightly too) excited to share with you.

Our first Link Love of the New Year features social recruitment goal-setting, excellent tips to avoid recruiting like a dinosaur, and some advice for keeping tabs on your hiring competition!
