I’m pleased to announce that we recently completed a redesign of our Facebook Job Recruitment App. The goals of the redesign were:
- Improve the user experience for both our customers and job seekers;
- Make it easier for job seekers to find relevant and interesting jobs; and
- Add important productivity tools for our customers.
You will immediately notice that both the public facing Jobs tab and the Admin Panel where you manage your jobs have been redesigned.
As you start using our redesigned app, I hope that you will find it faster and easier to use. We know how busy our customers are, so one of the key design goals was to significantly reduce the time it takes to complete tasks.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be publishing several blog posts that talk about some of these enhancements.
